Having started his apprenticeship at the age of 14 , learning the trade, climbing the ladder step by step , travelling and working abroad in the resort of Courchevel as his very first seasonal position then returning home working for a Michelin Star restaurant within a renowned hotel in his hometown of Strasbourg to next fly off to the city of Acapulco to board Cruise Ship MS Mermoz at the age of 21 visiting many of the Caribbean Islands , the South Coast of North America and the North of South America sponging and picking up from afar countries and culture , opening Daniel's horizon as he always dreamed of from a very young age , he has never stopped since

After two season onboard while going to a famous jazz festival in Switzerland Daniel finds his place in the Alps and spend a few winter and summer seasons right before arriving in London Uk on May 25th 1995

Starting immediately making his marks while building a portfolio amongst private clients , Daniel discover the world of "Private House" where after resetting his skills to classical French cooking he enters this very important household allowing him to take the reigns of the kitchen , since he has never stopped dreaming of finding making his roots within his industry 

Daniel now offers a customised service, providing for his clients needs 

From time to time freelance work is taken but usually Daniel would provide all his

time and energy to one client at a time , building relation , trust , making life better for his principal one step at a time
